How to Apply

1. Surface Preparation: Remove loose paint, rust, and dirt. Sand the surface lightly. Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of grease. Do not apply primer; best results are achieved directly on bare metal.
2. Shake Well: Shake the can vigorously for at least 2 minutes before use.
3. Test Spray: Spray on an inconspicuous spot to test color match and surface compatibility.
4. Application: Spray several thin coats from a distance of approx. 25 cm, allowing 2 minutes between coats. Note: Thinner coats provide better temperature resistance.
5. Curing: Allow to dry for 1 hour, then heat the painted surface to at least 160°C for approximately 1 hour to fully bake and cure the paint coat (ensure adequate ventilation during initial heating as slight smoke or odor may occur).
